James was born and raised in Brooklyn, and has over 15 years experience in New York real estate. He served as Senior VP & General Manager for DJK Residential (formerly D.J. Knight & Company) where he had operational responsibility for all residential brokerage and relocation. Prior to DJK, James was Director of Operations for Churchill Corporate Services, a New York-based corporate housing provider, where he was responsible for housing operations, sales and business affairs. James holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from The American University in Washington, DC. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York; he is a licensed New York State real estate broker; and a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).
